Contributors: Where did the M&E ToolKit come from?
The RHRC Consortium M&E Program ToolKit was written by Therese McGinn, Susan Purdin, Sara Casey and Mona Selim of the Heilbrunn Department of Population and Family Health, Mailman School of Public Health, Columbia University. The ToolKit uses materials we developed for use with our RHRC Consortium colleagues at headquarters and in the 10 field projects associated with the M&E Program. These projects are:
